Day 1: Departure from Delhi – Overnight Volvo Journey to Manali (520 km / 11–12 hrs)
Your mountain adventure begins in Delhi. Board an air-conditioned semi-sleeper Volvo bus from boarding points like Majnu Ka Tilla, RK Ashram, or Kashmiri Gate. Settle in for an overnight journey along scenic highways, passing rivers, valleys, and hillside towns. Let the cool night breeze and starry sky be the prelude to your Himalayan escape.
Day 2: Arrival in Manali – Local Sightseeing Tour
Arrive in Manali by morning and transfer to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. After freshening up, begin your exploration with:
Hadimba Devi Temple – An ancient wooden temple set amidst dense cedar forests.
Vashisht Temple & Hot Springs – Known for their healing properties.
Tibetan Monastery – Featuring colorful artwork and spiritual ambiance.
Van Vihar – A peaceful park near the Beas River, perfect for boating and nature walks.
Later, enjoy shopping and café hopping on Mall Road, and visit The Club House for indoor games and recreational activities. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Solang Valley Adventure | Optional Rohtang Pass or Atal Tunnel Tour
After breakfast, head out for a thrilling day in Solang Valley, known for adventure sports like:
Paragliding
Skiing
Zorbing
Snowboarding
Horse/Yak rides (at personal expense)
Guests traveling between 15th May to 15th November can opt to visit Rohtang Pass (subject to weather, availability, and permits at extra cost) – a high-altitude paradise covered in snow. Alternatively, explore the Atal Tunnel, one of the world’s longest highway tunnels at such altitude, connecting to Lahaul Valley.
Note: Rohtang Pass is closed on Tuesdays. Entry is regulated by the National Green Tribunal, and permits are limited.
Day 4: Kullu Sightseeing & Naggar Castle – Evening Volvo Departure to Delhi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head toward Kullu Valley. En route, enjoy:
A visit to a traditional shawl weaving center
River rafting on the Beas River (optional, at own cost)
A spiritual stop at Hanogi Mata Temple
A tour of Naggar Castle, an ancient royal residence with panoramic valley views
By evening, you’ll be dropped at the Kullu Volvo stand to board your return bus to Delhi.
