🚆 How to Reach Manali from Pune by Train

There is no direct train from Pune to Manali since Manali doesn’t have a railway station. However, you can board a train from Pune Junction to Delhi (New Delhi Railway Station or Hazrat Nizamuddin). Some recommended trains include the Goa Express, Nizamuddin Express, or Pune–Delhi Duronto. Upon arrival in Delhi, our representative will guide you to the pre-arranged Volvo bus stand at Majnu Ka Tilla or R.K. Ashram Marg, from where you’ll board an overnight Volvo bus to Manali (approx. 12–14 hours). This route ensures a comfortable, budget-friendly, and scenic transit to the Himalayas.

Day 1:  Delhi – Manali Overnight Volvo journey

Arrival in Delhi, proceed to the designated Volvo pickup point. Board your overnight luxury Volvo coach to Manali. As the city lights fade, you’ll enter a peaceful night journey through the winding highways and forested hills of northern India.

Day 2: Arrival in Manali & Local Sightseeing

Wake up to the mesmerizing views of the Himalayan foothills as you arrive in Manali. Check-in at your deluxe hotel and freshen up. Later, set out for a half-day local sightseeing tour. Explore Hadimba Devi Temple, a 16th-century wooden temple surrounded by cedar forests. Visit the serene Vashisht Hot Springs, known for its natural healing waters, and pay respects at the Tibetan Monastery and Club House. In the evening, stroll along the Mall Road, famous for local handicrafts, woolens, and Himachali cuisine. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Solang Valley Adventure or Rohtang Pass Excursion (as per availability)

After breakfast, get ready for an adventurous day as we drive towards the stunning Solang Valley, nestled between Solang village and Beas Kund. Famous for thrilling winter sports and summer adventure, you can indulge in paragliding, ziplining, zorbing, ATV rides, and ropeway experiences (all at your own cost). During the snow season (December–April), Solang transforms into a snow playground.

Note: If Rohtang Pass is open and accessible (May–October), you can opt for an excursion to this majestic high-altitude mountain pass, known for panoramic views, snow walls, and glaciers. Rohtang is subject to NGT permits and extra charges.

Day 4: Kullu – Naggar Castle – River Rafting (Optional Adventure Day)

After breakfast, we proceed for a scenic drive to Kullu Valley, famed for its lush greenery and the gurgling Beas River. Adventure lovers can enjoy white-water river rafting (optional) and shop for woolens at the Kullu Shawl Factories. En route, we visit the magnificent Naggar Castle, a historic wooden mansion showcasing Himachali architecture and art. The castle also houses the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery, adding a cultural flavor to your journey.

Return to Manali by evening. Enjoy a cozy dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Departure from Manali – Volvo to Delhi & Back to Pune

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and spend a few hours relaxing or shopping at Mall Road. By afternoon, proceed to the Volvo Bus Stand for your return overnight journey to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi the next morning, you can board your return train to Pune with unforgettable memories of the Himalayas etched in your heart.
